Case Study:  Members-in-Transit – Managing those who Move Frequently

Situation

Inalink discovered that hospital resident directors had enrolled residents but had not informed them of their membership. So upon becoming physicians, their first contact with the organization was their renewal invoice. These new members didn’t know how to respond.

Solution

A Members-in-Transit program was the perfect solution for the medical association that wasn’t able to figure out why their members were not renewing.

Inalink contacted these members, thanked them for their membership, and informed them of their benefits as full members. During this call, Inalink also noted the respective members’ near future change in address.

At the end of this project, Inalink verified contact information for 65% of Members-in-Transit and reactivated many of them before their renewal notices were mailed
